Directions to Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District Office
221 Molalla Avenue, suite 102, Oregon City

Address:

221 Molalla Ave. -- in the 221 Molalla Building at the corner of Molalla and Pearl, on the first floor. Feel free to park in the lot in front of the building. If there are no spots available, you can park in the parking lot across Pearl St. or on a side street.


Driving directions from I-5 and I-205 :

• From I-5 just south of Tualatin, take the exit for I-205 .   Go a few miles.   After you go past the viewpoint/rest area, get into the right-hand lane.
• From I-205 (either northbound or southbound), take Exit 9:   99E - Downtown Oregon City .   Follow the exit ramp to the traffic light and turn left onto 99E/McLoughlin Blvd.  

Option 1 from 99E/McLoughlin Blvd avoids RR tracks and has a more gradual hill :

• Turn left onto 14 th St. (traffic light between Subaru dealer and a 76 gas station).  
• Turn right onto Washington St. (traffic light with right turn lane).
• Turn left onto 7 th St. (traffic light next to 7-11 and Battery Exchange).
• Go up the hill and around the curve to the right.   The street becomes Molalla Ave.   About four blocks after the curve, there will be a traffic light for Pearl St.
• Turn left onto Pearl St. and immediately left into the lot for our building.  

Option 2 from 99E/McLoughlin Blvd if you're used to going to our old office :

• Turn left onto 10 th St. (traffic light next to the Chevron station).  
• Go forward through the stop sign, over the RR tracks, and up the hill.
• Instead of turning right onto High St., follow the curve around to the left .   You'll be on 7 th St., which will become Molalla Ave.
• Go up the hill and around the curve to the right.   The street becomes Molalla Ave.   About four blocks after the curve, there will be a traffic light for Pearl St.
• Turn left onto Pearl St. and immediately left into the lot for our building.  

Driving directions from Beavercreek Rd :

• Turn south on Molalla Ave. (traffic light next to US Bank and a 76 gas station).
• Pearl St. is at a traffic light (corner with WB Food Mart and Oregon City Grille).
• Turn right onto Pearl St. and immediately left into the lot for our building.  

The Conservation District is in Suite 102, with its own door to the parking lot under the big sign that says "Conservation District".  

NRCS and FSA are in Suite 120.   Go in the main entry for the building under the big sign that says "221 Molalla".   Go to the end of the hall and make a left -- you'll see the door to Suite 120.   Enter the suite and turn to the right, then weave around to the left.   NRCS has the workstations and offices toward the end.   FSA is in the room at the far end.
